Coaching Leaders, Transforming Organizations

Our coaching philosophy centers on a holistic approach to leadership and personal development. We believe that real growth and transformation occur when we work with the whole person, not just isolated aspects of their professional life.

This means we go beyond immediate challenges or desired outcomes. We look deeper — exploring the interconnectedness of personal and professional spheres for individuals, and the dynamics that shape trust, collaboration, and culture for teams. Recognizing these connections allows us to work in the full context of both the leader and the wider system they are part of.

We consider an individual’s values, beliefs, strengths, and aspirations, as well as their emotional intelligence, communication style, and relationships. With teams, we focus on how members think, relate, and perform together, as well as on team culture, creating the conditions for both stronger collaboration and greater effectiveness.

We offer a comprehensive suite of coaching services designed to elevate leaders, teams, and organizations.

The Inner Work of Outer Impact

The most powerful leadership growth begins within. When leaders strengthen self-awareness, purpose, and presence, they expand their capacity to create meaningful impact in the world around them.

We offer both individual and team coaching, creating change at the level of the leader and the collective. Whether working one-on-one or with a senior leadership team, our approach is always contextual, relational, and designed for lasting transformation.

Individual Coaching

Leadership is as much about who you are as what you do. Our one-on-one coaching provides senior leaders with a dedicated space to reflect, grow, and expand their capacity to lead with clarity and purpose.

We partner with leaders to navigate the complexity of today’s business environment - from making high-stakes decisions, to strengthening relationships, to leading with authenticity in times of change. By working holistically, we help leaders uncover blind spots, deepen self-awareness, and access new perspectives that expand both their impact and resilienc

Team Coaching

The most effective leadership teams don’t just align on strategy - they create the trust, collaboration, and resilience that allow them to thrive under pressure. Our team coaching brings leaders together in a dedicated space to strengthen how they think, relate, and work as a collective.

We help teams move beyond silos, navigate tension productively, and build the relational capital that drives performance and culture. Through a mix of coaching, facilitated dialogue, and systemic tools, teams gain new ways of seeing themselves and each other - unlocking capacity and building trust.

Assessments We Often Use

To complement reflection and dialogue, we often integrate assessments that provide leaders and teams with deeper insight into how they think, relate, and lead. These are some of the tools we use most frequently:

LCP Debriefs:

Lucent Leaders is a trusted partner for LCP (Leadership Circle Profile) debriefs and LCP-based coaching, supporting leaders in unlocking deeper self-awareness and accelerating their development.

The LCP is a powerful 360° assessment that highlights both reactive tendencies—habits and patterns that may limit effectiveness—and creative competencies that align with visionary, purposeful leadership. It offers leaders a clear picture of how they are experienced by others, how they perceive themselves, and the alignment — or gaps — between the two. This creates a rich foundation for deeper self-awareness and expanded leadership capacity.

At Lucent, we integrate the LCP with the Co-Active coaching approach, which honors leaders as whole, resourceful, and inherently capable. Grounded in a whole-person perspective, our debriefs invite leaders to explore their results not just through the lens of performance, but in the broader context of who they are and how they want to live and lead. Our work helps leaders move beyond insight into embodied change — aligning their leadership more deeply with values, purpose, and potential.

Our connection to the Leadership Circle runs deep. Several of our faculty have been involved since the organization’s early days, with some continuing to teach LCP certification programs. Many of us have worked with the tool for well over a decade. This depth of practice brings nuance and mastery to our debriefs — something clients often describe as uniquely impactful.

The Enneagram:

Enneagram for both individuals and teams
The Enneagram is a dynamic personality framework that identifies nine core types, each with its own distinct worldview, motivations, and behavioral patterns. More than just a typology, the Enneagram offers deep insights into how individuals operate under stress and in growth, illuminating unconscious patterns that shape communication, leadership, and collaboration. It’s a powerful tool for personal development, emotional intelligence, and enhancing team dynamics. Used with teams, the Enneagram helps members better understand one another’s perspectives and styles, building empathy, trust, and more effective ways of working together.

Key Polarity Indicator (KPI):

The Key Polarity Indicator is a diagnostic tool that helps individuals and teams identify and navigate polarities—interdependent tensions that must be managed rather than problems to be solved. By making these tensions explicit, the KPI enables smarter decision-making, more sustainable solutions, and better leadership agility. It is particularly useful in complex environments where “both/and” thinking is more effective than “either/or” approaches.

Team Coaching Assessments we use are:

BRITE Team Assessment:

The BRITE Team Assessment measures five essential dimensions of effective team functioning: Belonging, Resilience, Impact, Trust, and Energy. Grounded in positive psychology and systems thinking, BRITE provides teams with a snapshot of their current strengths and growth edges, offering clear, actionable insights. It is ideal for teams seeking to build high trust, psychological safety, and sustained performance in a rapidly changing world.

TCI Team Diagnostic™:

The TCI Team Diagnostic™ is a research-based assessment that evaluates team performance across two key axes: productivity and positivity. It looks at 14 critical team competencies, such as alignment, accountability, trust, and communication. Unlike traditional individual assessments, TCI focuses on the team as a living system, providing data that helps coaches and teams co-create strategies for higher performance and a healthier team culture.

Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team Assessment::

Based on Patrick Lencioni’s bestselling model, this assessment helps teams evaluate their effectiveness across five key areas: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. It identifies the root causes of dysfunction and opens up productive dialogue around team behaviors and dynamics. Practical and accessible, this tool is especially helpful for diagnosing relational issues and building stronger, more cohesive teams.
