Coaching Mentoring and Supervision for Organizational Coaches
At Lucent Leaders, we are committed to raising the standard of coaching in the industry. Our coaching supervision and mentoring services are designed for experienced coaches who want to deepen their practice, sharpen their skills, and continue growing toward mastery.We are senior faculty members at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), a globally recognized coach training organization. Our approach is built on collaboration, co-creation, and a drive for continuous learning, all in service of the leaders and teams we support.
All of our supervisors and mentors are either MCC or PCC level coaches and trained coaching supervisors who bring a wealth of experience, nuance, and wisdom to these reflective spaces. Through supervision, coaches are supported in exploring their client work, addressing challenges, and staying connected to their own development.
Our mentoring services focus on skill refinement and application in organizational settings, offering clear feedback and guidance that helps coaches elevate their competencies and confidence.
