Committed to elevating coaching standards, we offer supervision, mentoring, and masterclasses. These programs are tailored for seasoned coaches seeking to hone their expertise, refine their abilities, and achieve mastery in their practice.

As senior faculty at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), a globally recognized coach training organization, we know the joy of learning together. Our work with coaches is grounded in curiosity, reflection, and shared exploration -   in service of the leaders and teams our clients support. All of our mentors are either MCC or PCC level coaches, and trained coaching supervisors who bring a wealth of experience, nuance, and wisdom to their students.

Through supervision, coaches are supported in exploring their client work, addressing challenges, and staying connected to their own development. Our mentoring supports coaches in refining their skills and applying them effectively in organizational settings. With clear feedback and tailored guidance, mentoring strengthens both competence and confidence. 

Our masterclasses are designed to help coaches broaden their capability and confidence. Some focus on organizational contexts - for example, gaining mastery with tools like the Leadership Circle Profile or the Enneagram in team and leadership settings. Others are open to coaches more generally, offering pathways to earn ICF CCEUs while advancing practice in specialized areas.
