Marjoleine Byrne
Founder
Marjoleine is an executive coach, facilitator, and leadership consultant who helps leaders and teams thrive by embracing complexity, deepening connection, and transforming the relationships that matter most. She is a global faculty member and associate partner with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), one of the world’s most respected coaching schools, and founder of Lucent Leaders, a collective of seasoned coaches and facilitators who partner with executives to expand leadership capacity and strengthen organizational culture.
With more than 15 years of experience, Marjoleine has partnered with organizations including Roche, LinkedIn, McKinsey, Intel, MSD/Merck, ABN AMRO, ING, Beiersdorf, Diasorin, Syngenta, Cargill, 23andMe, and Bose. She has designed and delivered leadership programs that bring the Co-Active model directly into organizations, supporting leaders to build trust, cultivate agility, and lead with greater presence and purpose. Her approach integrates Co-Active coaching with frameworks of conscious leadership and systemic transformation, and she is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, the Key Polarity Indicator, and the Enneagram iEQ9. She is also an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
Known for her curiosity, empathy, and fierce commitment to transformation, Marjoleine combines grounded presence with a spirited ability to challenge leaders into engaging with the conversations that matter most. A Dutch national, she has lived and worked in both the U.S. and Europe, bringing broad cross-cultural awareness to her practice. She currently resides in the Netherlands with her husband and three adult children, and coaches in both Dutch and English.

Allison Bennie
Director of Programming
Allison serves as Director of Programming, where she oversees operations, project management, systems, and digital production across the organisation. She partners closely in the design and evolution of Lucent’s leadership programmes, bringing her strengths in structure, creativity, and experience design to ensure every programme is delivered with clarity, coherence, and impact.
Allison is a certified coach who helps multi-passionate professionals and neurodivergent thinkers (especially those with ADHD) design lives and careers that work with their energy, creativity, and focus. Her clients often blend art, entrepreneurship, and leadership in unconventional ways, and she helps them build clarity, confidence, and sustainable systems that support the work they most want to do.
With over fifteen years of experience in personal and professional development, Allison brings a deep understanding of how creative energy and neurodivergent wiring shape motivation, focus, and fulfilment. Her approach blends intuitive insight with practical structure, helping clients design systems and creative rhythms that support their energy, amplify their strengths, and make room for real joy in the process.
She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and certified in Agile Project Management, PRINCE2, and The Leadership Circle Profile. She is also part of Google’s Mastery Faculty. Based in the UK, Allison works internationally with individuals and groups who want to create meaningful, creatively rich lives that work on their own terms.

Nick Kettles
Nick is a Master Certified Coach with over 15 years of experience in leadership development. He supports leaders in navigating uncertainty and complexity by helping them build self-awareness and embrace parts of themselves they may have marginalized. Known for his compassion and creative flair, Nick guides leaders in defining their purpose and finding the courage to take authentic action in service of what matters most.
A certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and senior faculty member with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), Nick also teaches in the Executive Coaching Program at Brown University. He has delivered thousands of hours of coaching and training worldwide for organizations such as Google, BASF, IDEO, Mozilla, Medtronic, and the US Navy. As a lead trainer for Roche, he supported a multi-year transformation that helped the company become more agile and coach-centered. Nick is also a licensed practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile and a certified Trauma-Informed Professional.
Alongside his professional work, Nick has pursued meditation in the Advaita Vedanta tradition for over 20 years and has taught mindfulness for the last decade. Originally from the UK and now based in France, he lives with his partner, two adult daughters, and an extended family of animals. His practice of mindfulness and presence continues to inform both his coaching and his life.

Claudia Presber
Claudia is an experienced executive, leadership, and team coach who specializes in developing leadership behaviors at all levels of an organization. Her focus is on helping leaders increase self-awareness, strengthen their impact, and build more effective relationships. A guiding principle in her work is to empower people and teams to shift from reacting to circumstances toward actively leading and creating positive change, regardless of their role or level of seniority.
With over 25 years of international experience, Claudia brings deep expertise in leadership and team development. She is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile 360, and a Certified Team Coach. She has served as a board member of ICF Luxembourg, and is a faculty member and Front-of-the-Room Leader with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). Claudia is also part of the Leadership Circle’s global faculty, supporting large-scale transformation projects across multiple industries. Fluent in German, English, and French, she coaches and leads workshops in all three languages.
Claudia’s career has spanned marketing, recruitment, and HR management roles with organizations such as L’Oréal and in the finance industry, giving her first-hand insight into fast-changing corporate environments. Alongside her professional work, she is a certified meditation teacher and yoga instructor, often integrating mindfulness into her coaching to help clients access clarity, strength, and creativity. Claudia lives in Luxembourg with her husband and two children.

Donatella Canella
Donatella is an executive coach and team facilitator who supports individuals and teams navigating times of change and uncertainty. She designs powerful experiential leadership programs that integrate leadership development with fulfillment at work. Her work includes high-profile engagements such as the NATO Executive Leadership Program, a year-long program for top executives.
A Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach (CPCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Donatella serves on the faculty of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and teaches in the MBA program at the École des Ponts in Paris. She is also managing partner of Human Centric Leaders, an international alliance of leadership and team coaching experts. With a PhD in Molecular Biology from Michigan State University, Donatella brings 15 years of experience as a global researcher and mentor in organizations such as Nestlé Institute of Health Science, EPFL, and Oxford University. Since 2020, she has partnered with Roche as a coach, team coach, and facilitator for Co-Active Coaching programs.
In addition to her corporate work, Donatella develops and facilitates leadership and career workshops for universities across Switzerland, France, Italy, and Germany. Fluent in English and Italian, with strong French, she loves bringing together diverse groups and perspectives. Outside of work, Donatella enjoys adventure in all forms — exploring the outdoors, sharing deep conversations with friends, and losing herself in a good book.

MJ Cabanel
MJ is a seasoned leadership consultant, facilitator, and coach who has designed and delivered leadership and coaching programs for Fortune 100/500 companies and international organizations. Her portfolio includes pioneering work such as the first Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Program for Pictet Wealth Management, a leadership program for the World Health Organization, and a values-based leadership program for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria.
Passionate about inclusive leadership, MJ consults with organizations on gender parity initiatives and coaches senior executives to shift from reactive patterns to more creative and inspiring approaches. She is also a coach of coaches, serving as senior faculty and trackholder with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), widely regarded as the gold standard in coach training. MJ’s methodology is experiential — she blends stories, simulations, and interactive experiences with leadership models to help clients expand their perspectives and lead with authenticity.
Prior to her coaching career, MJ spent more than 20 years as a business development executive, beginning on Wall Street with Bear Stearns & Co. before moving to Paris after completing her MBA. Today, she continues to work globally, having coached over 1,000 executives from more than 100 nationalities. Outside of work, MJ enjoys swimming, hiking, and exploring authentic cuisine from around the world.

Tina de Meeûs
Tina is a Master Certified Coach and facilitator who has been self-employed since 2004, working primarily with international professionals and teams committed to their growth and leadership. She has worked with people from more than five continents across industries such as aviation, banking, engineering, pharma, legal services, and humanitarian organizations. Clients describe Tina as caring, transparent, and fun — while also focused, direct, and challenging.
Dedicated to the coaching profession, Tina is a senior faculty member of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), where she leads coach-training programs, supervises certification, and mentors faculty development. She has coached over 3,500 hours and continues to invest in her own growth through advanced training. Before becoming a coach, Tina worked in financial and corporate communications, advising European organizations through major transactions and mergers.
Born in Germany and now living in Belgium, Tina has also lived in Canada, France, Italy, and the UK. She is fluent in German, English, and French, and has skillfully combined her professional career with raising three children. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends, being outdoors, playing sports, and reading a good book.

Carlo Bos
Carlo is an experienced executive coach, designer, and facilitator with over 20 years in the leadership development industry. He has worked with organizations across sectors including financial services, retail, construction, government, and telecom, creating and delivering leadership programs for thousands of leaders from the front line to the C-suite. Known for his quick wit and warm heart, Carlo brings deep commitment to building authentic, effective, and joyful leadership cultures.
Carlo has held significant leadership roles himself, including serving as Co-CEO of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) from 2018–2023. He has also been on CTI’s global faculty for over a decade, delivering training worldwide, and has partnered with Duke University’s Corporate Education and other top organizations. His coaching and facilitation work stand fiercely for values-based leadership, effectiveness, and fulfillment, and he is widely recognized for helping leaders unlock new paradigms of possibility.
With degrees in Economics and Education, Carlo is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC), and certified in multiple assessment tools. Beyond his professional work, he is passionate about exploring polarities in leadership, the role of story and mythology in organizational culture, and nature-based approaches to leadership development. He lives in Canada, where he is also active in community initiatives supporting youth, sports, and education.

Paul Byrne
Paul is an executive coach and leadership consultant to CEOs, boards, and senior teams. He works with leaders across industries, with a particular depth of experience in healthcare, biotech, pharma, and medtech. His clients include Roche, Genentech, GSK, Bayer, Philips, and Smith & Nephew, as well as health tech startups in the US and Europe.
Paul brings a blend of business leadership and coaching expertise. Having led international businesses earlier in his career, he now partners with senior executives and boards to navigate complexity, expand leadership range, and foster cultures of innovation and impact. His work is known for combining systemic perspective with deep, identity-level coaching that helps leaders grow themselves as they grow their organizations.

Vittoria Zipoli Caiani

A true global citizen, Vittoria has lived and worked across Europe, Southeast Asia, China, and the United States, bringing a strong intercultural perspective to her work.
She began her career in project management and consulting, leading cultural change and business development initiatives before transitioning to coaching. Since then, she has supported professionals and teams from startups to Fortune 500 multinationals, including Siemens, Roche, Google, Facebook, AXA, Primetals, DBS, and Axpo. Known for her deep listening, compassion, and ability to challenge limiting beliefs, Vittoria helps clients expand personal resilience, strengthen alignment, and achieve breakthrough performance. She is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, Collective Leadership Assessment, and a range of systemic, neuroscience-based, and intercultural coaching approaches.
Outside of her professional work, Vittoria has taken part in international expeditions with Women On a Mission, supporting initiatives that empower women and communities affected by trauma and violence. She holds a Master’s degree in Logic and Philosophy from the University of Milan and continues to bring curiosity, courage, and compassion into her work and life.

Joni Mar
Joni is a results-focused executive coach who enhances the performance, emotional intelligence, and influence of global business leaders and their teams. She specializes in leadership development, strategic innovation, and relationship management, helping her clients achieve unparalleled success with more ease and agility. A Master Certified Coach since 2007, Joni works across Asia and North America, primarily in industries related to health sciences. She is a senior faculty member of the Co-Active® Training Institute (CTI), a Certified Professional Co-Active® Coach (CPCC), an Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC), and a Certified Neuro-Transformational Coach (CNTC).
Joni has led large-scale transformation projects worldwide, including a five-year partnership with a Fortune 100 company where she and her team trained over 600 leaders, 200 of whom became internally certified coaches. One of her programs for a global Fortune 500 company received the prestigious Brandon Hall Excellence Silver Award in Talent Management for Best in Coaching and Mentoring. She continues to partner with global organizations in APAC and North America, leading programs such as Transformation Multipliers (TM) and Creative Leadership Co-Active Fundamentals (CLCF), and providing one-to-one coaching for senior leaders.
Earlier in her career, Joni was nominated Canadian Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, won awards as a television journalist with CBC, and co-authored The Inspired Business Approach, now used as a university textbook. She is also a licensed Neuroscience and Transformational Trainer, an accredited practitioner of Leadership Circle 360®, EQ-i 2.0®, and EQ 360, and holds degrees in Journalism, Psychology, and Sociology. Joni and her husband have five young adult children and one Dutch bunny. She cherishes family time, salsa dancing, gardening, and travel. She really misses being a hockey mom.

Andrew is an executive and team coach with nearly 30 years of professional experience spanning finance, education, and leadership development. He is also a founder and two-time president of the ICF Luxembourg Chapter, and a founding partner of several international firms specializing in organizational development and change management.
Andrew’s coaching focuses on leadership impact, emotional intelligence, and effective communication. He is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, Team Diagnostic Assessment, and Process Communication Model, and draws on deep study in psychology, social science, and management theory. He has worked extensively with CEOs, general managers, country managers, and executive committees across industries, and is also part of Google’s Internal Mastery Faculty, delivering programs to leaders worldwide. Known for his clarity and commitment, Andrew combines rigorous professional expertise with a passion for helping leaders expand awareness, refine their impact, and navigate complexity.
Andrew began his career in international banking, holding sales and relationship management roles at Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank before becoming Vice President of Sales for Benelux. A dual British and Luxembourgish national, he has lived and worked in Luxembourg, Germany, Australia, the UK, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, and speaks English, French, and German. His multicultural background continues to shape his work, inspiring his interest in cultural communication and diversity.

Lottie Martínez
Lottie is an executive coach, facilitator, and leadership consultant who helps leaders and teams create conscious and sustainable impact. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), she is also a faculty member with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), where she trains coaches and leaders worldwide. Based in Mexico and working globally, she is bilingual in Spanish and English and brings more than a decade of experience supporting executives and teams to strengthen alignment, performance, and culture.
Lottie began her career as a senior consultant with Arthur D. Little, a global management consulting firm, where she spent eight years advising on strategic planning, business valuation, and regional development projects with major industrial groups in Latin America. She later dedicated over 10 years to creating social impact as a leader, consultant, and board member at several NGOs, before shifting her focus to human and organizational development in 2013. As a partner with Blue Bridge Talent Center, she designs and delivers programs that support leaders in successful transitions, conscious leadership, and high-performing team cultures.
Certified in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), the Leadership Circle Profile, and MBTI Step I and II, Lottie blends a rigorous consulting background with a passion for human development. She holds a BS in Biochemical Engineering and an MBA from Monterrey Tec (ITESM). César Fentanes Serrano
César is an executive coach, facilitator, and leadership consultant who helps leaders grow in ways that allow them to reach their full potential. He is co-owner of Blue Bridge Talent Center, Partner in Mexico for the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and part of the global consulting and facilitation network of Duke Corporate Education. A passionate advocate for leadership development, he has worked with multinational corporations, including Fortune 500 companies, across Latin America, North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Before becoming a coach, César built a 15-year career in management, operations, and sales and marketing in Mexico, and as an entrepreneur in France. He holds an MBA from ITAM in Mexico with a joint program with EM Lyon, and a BA in International Relations from Universidad de las Américas. A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, César is also trained in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching, and certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan, Birkman Method, MBTI, and Team Diagnostic Assessment.
A global faculty member with CTI, César has delivered coach and leadership training worldwide, including in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Spain, Belgium, Singapore, Dubai, the Netherlands, Guatemala, Panama, Uruguay, Ecuador, Canada, Venezuela, Peru, and Turkey. Kristen Maki
Kristen is an executive and team coach who brings the perspective of both a leadership professional and a former Doctor of Optometry. After leading her own private optometry practice for more than 15 years, she transitioned into coaching and leadership development, and since 2012 has been a faculty member with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). Known for her gentle presence and compassionate insight, she creates energizing conversations that challenge leaders and organizations to expand their vision of what is possible and to create authentic, inclusive, and sustainable impact.
With an integrative and humanistic approach, Kristen supports leaders in areas such as executive and leadership coaching, conflict navigation, change management, and aligning motivation with values. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and trained in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) through CRR Global. Her clients include Roche, Medtronic, RBC, P&G, Wayfair, FedEx, and a wide range of physicians, optometrists, veterinarians, and nonprofit leaders.
Kristen has coached and facilitated globally in Canada, the United States, Germany, the Netherlands, India, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, the UAE, and the UK. She continues to bring curiosity, creativity, and depth to her practice, inspiring transformational change in both individuals and systems. Based in North America, she works primarily in English and remains passionate about integrating personal growth with meaningful social change.

Fred is an executive coach, facilitator, and consultant who helps leaders and teams reach peak performance by integrating systems thinking with practical business insight. A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), he draws on more than 30 years of international human resources experience across the US, Europe, and Asia in industries including technology, pharma, and biotech. Skilled in leadership, change management, and communication, he coaches executives and supports teams to navigate complexity, increase performance, and create meaningful, lasting impact.
Fred’s corporate leadership roles include serving as Vice President of People at 23andMe, where he guided the company through COVID, a renewed focus on DEI, and its IPO, and as VP of People at Grail, a biotech company pioneering early cancer detection, where he helped scale the organization to 800 employees and prepare for acquisition by Illumina. Earlier in his career, he partnered with leaders at Autodesk, Juniper Networks, Genentech, and Roche, where he designed and delivered interventions ranging from one-to-one executive coaching to multi-day organizational offsites. Known for his ability to blend challenge with support, he has worked with leaders from newly promoted executives to C-suite teams in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
Today, Fred runs a private coaching practice focused on technology and biotech leaders, helping them identify core values and create fulfilling, sustainable careers. Based in the Bay Area, he lives with his wife and two children and enjoys skiing, hiking, and swimming.

Connie Fu
Connie is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a senior faculty member with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), where she serves as trainer, coach supervisor, and certification examiner. She provides executive coaching, team coaching, and facilitation for global organizations, blending her background in sales, marketing, communications, human resources, and general management with her expertise in coaching and mindfulness. Known for her energetic spirit and compassionate clarity, she supports leaders at all levels to grow in self-awareness, regulate their impact, and lead with greater effectiveness and presence.
Before becoming a professional coach, Connie spent more than 15 years in multinational corporations in China and overseas, including serving as a general manager where she doubled annual revenues and significantly increased staff retention. Since 2012 she has been a dedicated student and teacher of mindfulness, certified through Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) as well as programs with UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, Mindful Leader, and Oxford’s MBCT training. She is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a graduate of CTI’s Leadership Program, and certified in Stakeholder Centered Coaching, High Performance Team Coaching, Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), and a wide range of assessment tools including MBTI, Hogan, and the Leadership Circle Profile.
Fully bilingual in Chinese and English, Connie brings global perspective and cultural fluency to her work. She has coached and facilitated leadership programs across industries and regions, integrating mindfulness practices into organizational development to help leaders manage complexity, reduce stress, and embody executive presence. Based in Beijing, she continues to work worldwide, while also finding joy in meditation, teaching, and sharing mindful living.

Raquel Calvo Gómez
Raquel is an executive coach, art therapist, and facilitator specializing in leadership development and cultural transformation. For more than 15 years, she has trained, mentored, and coached professionals and teams across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, focusing on communication, emotional intelligence, team building, and people management. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and a corporate faculty member with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), where she trains leaders and coaches worldwide.
Raquel began her career in international business and spent eight years leading projects in the tech sector before shifting in 2009 toward coaching and facilitating deep human development. She is founder of Gardenhia Human Flourishing and Art-Soma, where she designs experiential programs that integrate coaching, the arts, and movement to spark creative leadership and innovation. She has also collaborated with the Institut Gestalt in Barcelona as a facilitator and therapist, and is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, Co-Active Leadership, and Open Floor Movement Therapy. Her academic path includes a Master’s in Art Therapy, training in Gestalt Therapy, and a Master’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Santiago de Compostela.
Originally from Galicia, Raquel now lives there with her family after many years abroad. She coaches and facilitates in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese, and continues to bring cross-cultural awareness and creativity into her work. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys painting in her garden, walking on the beach, and cooking for friends.

Anne-Marie Goncalves
Anne-Marie is an executive coach, leadership consultant, and coach trainer with more than 30 years of professional experience working across Europe and beyond. A Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation and senior faculty member with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), she also serves as an accredited coach and organizational development consultant to European Union institutions. She has held roles as a communications consultant and project manager leading pan-European projects and multicultural teams, and has represented the European Commission as a speaker engaging with industry and civil society on key EU policies.
For the past 15 years, Anne-Marie has specialized in systemic and cultural transformation, drawing on neuroscience, systems thinking, and integral leadership to help leaders and organizations evolve with greater agility and innovation. She integrates tools such as the Leadership Circle Profile and Culture Assessment to support leaders and top teams in embedding new mindsets and behaviors into daily practice. Known for her depth and compassion, she coaches executives to expand their thinking patterns, foster resilience, and cultivate inner coherence so they can thrive in complex, fast-changing environments. She was also invited to co-author a section on team development in the 25th anniversary edition of Sir John Whitmore’s pioneering book Coaching for Performance.

Marlena has also studied with leading coaching schools including the Center for Right Relationship and New Ventures West, and has served on the board of the Association for Coach Training Organizations.
Alongside her coaching work, Marlena teaches mindfulness both publicly and within organizations. She is a certified teacher with the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, inspired by Google, and a certified Community Dharma Leader through Spirit Rock Meditation Center. Based in the U.S., Marlena holds a degree in International Affairs and German Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, skiing, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.

Andrea Cerutti
Andrea is an executive coach and facilitator who partners with leaders and teams to raise awareness, transform behaviour, and improve performance. A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), he creates safe, engaging spaces where clients can experiment, reflect, and build the trust required for lasting change. His attentive and open style enables authentic conversations that lead to sustainable results.
With more than 20 years of experience in international HR leadership, Andrea brings a deep understanding of how people and organisations grow. Before becoming a full-time coach, he held senior roles supporting executives and leadership teams in navigating complex transitions and driving high performance. Today, he designs and delivers leadership and team development programmes for clients across the education, pharmaceutical, agricultural, insurance, legal, transport, and food sectors. His work is grounded in both business pragmatism and a genuine commitment to human connection.
Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Learning & Development from Westminster Business School in London. He is a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program and certified in The Leadership Circle Profile, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team” model, and SHL Personality and Ability Assessments. He is also ORSC-trained and continues to invest in his own growth and development. Based in Italy, Andrea coaches and facilitates in English and Italian. Outside of work, he enjoys time in nature, running, and reading a good book.

Jaume Roset
Jaume is an executive coach specializing in leadership and talent development, partnering with both C-suite leaders and middle management to strengthen impact and performance. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), he is also a senior international faculty member with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the world’s largest coaching school. He brings more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of business consulting and leadership development, helping leaders and teams navigate change and unlock new potential.
Before becoming a coach, Jaume spent 16 years in business consulting with PwC and IBM, where he held senior leadership roles and designed international programs to develop top talent. Since 2013 he has combined his consulting expertise with his passion for leadership growth, working as an executive coach and team coach with leaders in global companies across sectors. He has also served as a communication trainer at the IESE MBA program, bringing practical leadership skills to emerging business leaders.
Jaume is trained in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) and certified in the Leadership Circle Profile. Based in Barcelona, he coaches and facilitates internationally, supporting leaders and boards to expand self-awareness, strengthen collaboration, and lead with clarity and purpose.
